Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. seeks a friendly Team Member for the Seafood Department in Redondo Beach, CA. You will assist with counter service, stocking, sanitation, and helping customers while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining fresh displays, signage, pricing, back stock, and assisting with sampling programs. You will support coworkers and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Ability to sell proactively.

• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Proactively reads labels and familiarizes oneself on various products.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures a fresh, appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases and shelves.
• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing.
• Keeps back stock orderly.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized work and shopping environment.
• Assists with sampling program, keeping sample areas full and tidy.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, and floors.
• Preps, skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; labels dates cooked fish.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
