Hi Noon Hospitality is seeking a Counter Server for B&R Fish Shop opening on Camelback. The role focuses on genuine hospitality, helping guests choose seafood and sushi options, and ensuring every order is accurate and ready on time.

You'll work with our crew to weigh, wrap and display fresh seafood, assist with phone and online orders, and maintain clean counters. Training is provided for the right candidate, plus dining discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset with guest-focused attitude.
• Interest in seafood and sushi products.
• Counter service or retail experience; training possible.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays; Food Handler card.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Take counter, phone and online orders; process payments; manage pickup times.
• Open/close register; handle cash accurately.
• Recommend seafood, sushi, prepared foods, wine and sake.
• Weigh, wrap, label and sell fresh seafood.
• Coordinate with chefs and fishmongers about availability.
• Ensure order accuracy, presentation and accompaniments.
• Communicate allergies and special requests with culinary team.
• Maintain clean, stocked counters and pickup areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
