You will work with a tight-knit crew committed to quality, consistency, and service. The position requires flexibility with hours and active involvement in daily cold‑room management while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a fishmonger or seafood butcher in a high‑volume setting.
• Knowledge of whole fish breakdown and shellfish handling.
• Ability to follow standards, work quickly and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect fresh seafood deliveries to ensure quality and proper temperature.
• Break down whole fish and seafood to company standards for kitchens and retail.
• Track yield and waste to maintain cost efficiency.
• Pack and label restaurant orders for delivery to kitchens.
• Keep display cases full and help guests choose the day's best options.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in cutting and storage areas.
