Job summary
Halperns' Steak & Seafood seeks a senior Category Manager to drive strategy across sourcing, assortment, inventory, and profitability. You will serve as the SME for categories, delivering market insights, supplier expertise, and guidance to Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams.

Qualifications
- Proven negotiation abilities and supplier relationship skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market data and trends.
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive category strategy.
- Excellent communication with Sales, Operations, and Procurement.
Responsibilities
- Develops category vision and aligns objectives with profitability.
- Provides market intelligence and pricing guidance to teams.
- Leads supplier negotiations and performance reviews.
- Acts as liaison between Sales and Product for customer needs.
- Collaborates with regional buyers to standardize assortment and inventory.
- Coaches Category Managers and Regional Buyers for growth.
