Job summary

Heinen’s Grocery Store is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Diamond Difference Standards. The role emphasizes appearance, customer engagement and teamwork in a busy seafood department, requiring engagement with vendors and participation in required meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities include prioritizing daily work, managing orders, stocking, merchandising, and ensuring food handling and temperature standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Seafood Department.
• Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Attend corporate meetings, vendor calls, and training classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
