Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Southeast Traveling Superintendent to oversee light industrial construction projects across the southeastern United States. You will lead onsite teams, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and clients, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires travel throughout the region, strong leadership and safety knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and meet quality standards.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the southeastern United States.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects across the southeastern United States to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and quality.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed on all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Communicate with clients, project managers, and teams to align goals.
• Resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare daily reports on project status and progress.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote productivity.
