Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects across various Georgia and Southeast locations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role is focused on the light industrial construction industry including manufacturing, warehouse distribution, cold storage, and food & beverage processing construction. This opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization with an healthy project backlog. The company has a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction with over 40 years in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project flow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control are met throughout the project lifecycle.
