Job summary

Michael Page US represents a nationally recognized construction firm delivering complex projects across federal, industrial, commercial, and mission-critical sectors. This is an opportunity to oversee field operations on ground-up builds and coordinate teams across multiple projects nationwide.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC, proven ability to manage ground-up construction, and strong scheduling, leadership, and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders.
• Manage inspections, punch-list activities, and project closeout.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum.
