Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking a Classification & Compensation Analyst to support a municipal study for the City of Myrtle Beach, SC with a proposal due early October 2026. This is a remote-first, project-based role with possible on-site travel.

You will review descriptions, administer salary surveys, perform equity analyses, and draft recommendations. Eligible candidates may be named on proposals with consent and will contribute to proposals when permitted.
