Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a management role.
- Ability to translate complex technical hurdles into clear status updates.
- Deep expertise in SCRUM/Agile and applying it in safety-critical contexts.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a cross-functional software team and contractors.
- Own delivery lifecycle for OS features, managing timelines and risks.
- Interface with external customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Translate certification and regulatory standards into actionable items.
