Job summary

SDS RX, Powered by DHL, seeks a Lead Dispatcher to monitor and dispatch operations ensuring timely, cost-efficient deliveries. The role emphasizes fast communication and problem solving to keep throughput smooth.

Shift is Tuesday–Saturday, 12p–8p. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience and strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills to support route accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Dispatching is to be completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service.
• Address problems by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Interact with staff in a professional manner.
• Use critical thinking skills.
• Utilize tracking/dispatching software — E-Courier.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including data entry and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner.
• Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
