Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 8 years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance adjudicated in the last 6 years with ability to obtain SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100), EH&S, facilities/real estate, capital projects, lean manufacturing, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations across multiple sites, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Lead quality to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and sustain EH&S policies and programs across sites to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Direct CapEx planning for infrastructure projects and ensure timely, within-scope delivery.
