Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager 2 in Ogden, UT to lead the Ogden Manufacturing Facility. You will oversee manufacturing, production, and prototyping, ensuring safety, quality, and timely deliverables while meeting customer cost targets.

The role requires deep knowledge of shop floor processes, MES, configuration management, and government sell-off procedures. A strong team leader with DoD familiarity will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience or Master’s with years of experience; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain interim Secret clearance and final Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage manufacturing and operations at the Ogden facility.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and cost targets with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead process excellence including MES, configuration management, and government acceptance procedures.
• Provide staffing, processes, and training to meet program and division goals.
