Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the SDR team to set high-quality appointments.
• Own the SDR pipeline, improve lead quality and conversions.
• Drive performance metrics across the team (SQLs, show rate, etc.).
• Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs for a top-performing team.
• Run weekly SDR WACs and sales training meetings.
• Conduct call reviews to sharpen skills and confidence.
• Hold 1-on-1s weekly to mentor reps to greatness.
• Build systems and automations to reduce busywork.
• Ensure SDR playbook alignment and execution.
