Responsibilities

• Lead & coach our SDR team to set high-quality appointments.
• Own the SDR pipeline, optimize lead quality and conversions.
• Drive performance metrics like SQLs, show rate, completion rate.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs.
• Run weekly SDR WACs and sales training meetings.
• Conduct call reviews to sharpen skills and confidence.
• Host weekly 1-on-1s to mentor reps.
• Build systems and automations to maximize selling time.
• Ensure alignment with the SDR playbook.
