Job summary

Innovative Systems is seeking an SDP Technical Support Specialist to assist broadband providers with our Service Delivery Platform. You will install, configure, provision, and troubleshoot across network elements, working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

You will diagnose issues, document findings clearly, and deliver end-user training by phone or live streams. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

Three or more years in technical support, network operations or related fields.
Experience supporting Windows operating systems and web servers.
Familiarity with core internet and application protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document clearly.
Ability to troubleshoot methodically and work with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, provision, and maintain SDP applications for providers.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and integration issues; document work.
Deliver end-user training and ongoing support via phone and livestreaming.
Coordinate implementations and projects; manage timelines and dependencies.
Monitor SDP environments; troubleshoot outages and automate provisioning workflows.
Provide clear status updates, findings, resolutions, risks and next steps.
Travel to client sites as needed for implementation, training, or support.
