Job summary

Innovative Systems is seeking an SDP Technical Support Specialist to assist broadband providers with our Service Delivery Platform (SDP). You will be a primary contact for installation, configuration, plant tracking, provisioning, and troubleshooting across network elements to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing success.

The role involves travel to client sites for implementations, training, and visits, with a focus on methodical troubleshooting and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or related fields.
• Experience supporting SDP or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and core protocols.
• Ability to document issues clearly and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, provision, and maintain Innovative Systems SDP applications.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and integration issues; document work clearly.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support via phone and live streaming.
• Coordinate implementations and technical projects across clients, vendors, and teams.
• Monitor SDP/IMS environments; troubleshoot service interruptions; automation workflows.
• Provide updates on issue status, findings, resolutions and next steps.
• Travel to client sites as needed for implementations and training.
