Job summary

Innovative Systems L.L.C. is seeking an SDP Technical Support Specialist to assist broadband providers with the Service Delivery Platform. You will install, configure, provision, and troubleshoot across network elements, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep implementations moving.

You will also monitor client environments, document fixes, train end users, and support ongoing provisioning workflows while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and web servers; Linux is a plus.
