Job summary

Innovative Systems L.L.C. seeks an SDP Technical Support Specialist to assist broadband providers with our Service Delivery Platform. You will install, configure, provision, and troubleshoot across network elements, collaborating with customers, vendors, and teams to keep implementations moving.

You will monitor environments, document fixes, and contribute to ongoing provisioning workflows, with travel to client sites as needed. This role reports to the Director, SDP and V/V Support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and web servers (Linux a plus).
• Knowledge of core internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, XML, HTML).
• Methodical troubleshooting approach with strong prioritization and resolution skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, provision, and maintain SDP applications for broadband providers.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware/integration issues and document work.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support via phone, livestream, and other channels.
