Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science and/or technical field.
• Equivalent training/certifications/experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant technology roles.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support/Help Desk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and process-writing abilities.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of network systems, server hardware and OS.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion.
• Experience with MS O365 Admin, SharePoint Admin and Intune is a plus.
• Experience with PowerShell or scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infrastructure and software standards for DP World regional locations.
• Perform proactive maintenance on core platforms.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of critical applications and IT processes.
• Document technical knowledge in IT knowledge base.
• Create/update work instructions and ensure proper formatting.
