Job summary
Comcast Business in Colorado is seeking a Service Delivery professional to configure and support software-defined networks, ensuring seamless service delivery for SD-WAN and related technologies. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; substantial coursework or experience may be considered.
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
- Experience with SD-WAN and IP networking.
Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot the SDN platform to ensure network functionality.
- Provision and configure network services (Firewall, NAT/PAT, QoS, BGP) among others.
- Create Bills of Materials for site hardware ensuring compatibility with service configurations.
- Collaborate with Customer Project Managers to guide service delivery for IP networks.
- Test and commission new uCPE and Wireless Backup circuits; document results.
- Suggest improvements based on field experience and technical knowledge.
- Educate customers on service functionalities to improve satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on technical requirements.
- Maintain punctual attendance; may include nights/weekends as needed.
