Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a technically strong QA Automation Engineer to join the AppExchange Go To Market App QA team. You will own end-to-end quality for complex features across clouds, crafting automated tests from user scenarios and collaborating across product teams.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, on-call rotation, and a strong focus on testability and usability. You will work with AI-assisted testing approaches, learn the product domain, and help ensure seamless purchasing,

Formación

• A related technical degree required.
• 4+ years experience in software engineering, quality engineering, usability, or business analysis.
• Proficient in writing functional automation (UI/API).
• Experience with automation (UI and Backend).
• AI proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to speed up test design, automation development, debugging, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Master the Salesforce development process and codebase, in order to improve it.
• Participate in a Test Design Review Board for integration test plans within and across clouds with focus on functional, business, scenarios, high impact projects, usability, and accessibility.
• Master clouds requirements (e.g. underlying tech stack, business usage, implementation).
• Build end-to-end, cross cloud-impacting, integration automation (API and UI) with variegated organizations.
• Connect with customers to understand real-life usage, build test cases.
• Execute Testing with sophisticated org setup, multifaceted data shapes.
• Prioritize and drive cross-product testing.
• Advocate for customer improvements.
• Observe product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc).
• Works closely with senior developers, PM, and UX to ensure their features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements.
• Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted testing approaches, such as generating test cases from requirements and analyzing test failures, and share what works with the scrum team.

The Experience:

Salesforce is looking for a technically strong, energetic, and collaborative engineers to join the software engineering team for the AppExchange Go To Market App. This is a new platform transforming Salesforce's AppExchange from a basic listing platform into a fully integrated, transactable marketplace - accelerating ISV sales and recovering lost revenue by giving partners a seamless way to sell and customers an easy way to purchase, deploy, and pay for solutions, all without manual intervention. You'll help build a product that's streamlined (a cohesive purchasing and billing experience with fewer manual touchpoints), scalable (faster time to market with reduced overhead), and flexible (supporting a wider range of pricing models, including consumption-based selling). You'll be part of a team of outstanding engineers with quality top of mind, in an environment built on open communication, feedback, and continuous learning.

As a member on the AppExchange Go To Market App Quality Assurance Team, you will be accountable for the quality of a distributed system that crosses many products and business units, through all phases of the software delivery life cycle. You will own end to end quality of complex or highly ambiguous features, which requires a broad understanding of the distributed architecture and of all functionality owned by the scrum teams. You will use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and execute on Test Plans that result in automated tests, hands on tests and guidance to product teams. We are looking for a critical thinker with a natural curiosity to learn our customers' business, use skills to extract user scenarios from conversations and data and then translate your findings into automatable test plans which either you or a member of the team will automate. A successful team member should have a strong quality approach and will ensure our customers receive high quality work. You will constantly find opportunities to share information and collaborate with other teams for the benefit of our customers, partners, and each other!

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
