Job summary

bet365 Group is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test for the Sports Platform to design and implement automated test suites ensuring quality across our greenfield platform built with Go, React, and GCP. This full-time role sits on a collaborative team delivering high-quality solutions within a hybrid work model.

You will work across software development and Operations Engineering, expanding testing infrastructure, AI-driven test automation, and CI/CD pipelines while aligning with cloud

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing automated test suites for complex systems.
• Experience using AI to automate testing effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end and integration automated test suites for microservices-based systems.
• Collaborate with Software Development and Operations Engineering to enhance test infra.
• Prioritize manual test cases for automation and translate requirements into test plans.
• Report on test suites and integrate them into pipelines with clear status and metrics.
• Apply testing pyramid best practices across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Coordinate testing needs across multiple teams and review code for quality.
