Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of SDET experience with strong testing fundamentals.
• Experience building mobile and web automation using Appium and Cypress.
• Experience with API automation frameworks like Rest Assured and Kotest.
• Interest or hands-on in AI/LLM-based automation and agentic workflows.
• Experience in self-healing automation across mobile, web, and API tests.
• Ability to plan and communicate automation with the dev team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD or GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of testing APIs and microservices.
• A track record of triaging bugs to root causes.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tech.
• Experience with JIRA and Atlassian dashboards and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Define quality engineering scope and automate test scripts.
• Select automation framework to empower developers to own tests.
• Design agent-driven test frameworks for web, API and mobile tests.
• Develop AI-based test case generation from specs and flows.
• Implement self-healing automation to stabilize tests.
• Test APIs for resiliency, latency, and performance.
• Extend tests and bring them to automated build tests.
• Collaborate with developers/product to align testing with customer needs.
• Create reusable components and libraries for shared use.
• Triage issues using logging to guide test coverage for incidents.
• Interface with service teams for tooling improvements and training.
• Support CI/CD integration and update pipelines to run tests.
