Job summary

FOUR OAKS FAMILY AND CHILDRENS SERVICES is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to lead our SCT program in Dubuque, IA. You will mentor staff, develop teams, and help create a structured environment where both employees and clients can succeed.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to improve programming. A Bachelor's degree and leadership experience are preferred, with a focus on compassionate, solution‑oriented service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in human services or behavioral health is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model positive interactions and best practices for the team.
• Coach and develop staff with hands‑on training and ongoing feedback.
• Oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and programming transitions for consistency.
• Observe team dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and provide constructive coaching.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager to address concerns and celebrate progress.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and staff development activities.
• Participate in team meetings and review case progress to improve programming outcomes.
