Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model positive interactions and behavioral management
• Coach and develop staff through hands-on training and feedback
• Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and program transitions
• Observe team dynamics, identify growth opportunities, provide coaching
• Collaborate with Program Manager to address concerns and develop solutions
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, staff development, scheduling, and problem-solving
• Contribute to team meetings, review case progress, and identify effective programming approaches
