Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads on the platform in Jersey City. You will run sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, track velocity and delivery metrics, and support onboarding of new engineers into agile practices.

Requirements include 7+ years as a Scrum Master in software environments, experience with distributed/multi-geography teams, and a CSM/PSM certification preferred.

Our challenge

We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is$130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
