Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery across engineering squads in a fast-paced, fintech-focused environment. The role requires leading sprint ceremonies, removing blockers, tracking velocity, and supporting onboarding for new engineers on multi-geography teams.

The candidate should have 7+ years in scrum leadership, and a CSM/PSM certification is preferred. Opportunities include working with blockchain initiatives and global collaboration from Irving, TX.

We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform.

Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX/Jersey City, NJ is $130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).
