Job summary

DMI is seeking a Scrum Master to lead delivery cadence for a ServiceNow service management program on Capitol Hill. The role centers on facilitation, coaching, and removing impediments within a Government-acceptance framework.

The ideal candidate has CS Master certification (CSM/PSM), 5+ years in Agile Scrum, and experience with ITSM platforms and GitLab, with prior Capitol Hill exposure. This remote US-based position supports a high-velocity enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent.
Experience running Scrum on ServiceNow or another ITSM platform.
Prior program experience on Capitol Hill.
Experience with GitLab or equivalent tool for epics, stories, defects, milestones.

Responsibilities

Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Coach Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders in Agile principles and ceremonies.
Guide Product Owner on backlog management and acceptance criteria.
Identify cross-team dependencies and resolve impediments with delivery teams.
Coordinate with release management, testing, deployment, and change activities.
