Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities. The role collaborates with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Required 4+ years in Scrum/Agile roles, SAFe/ Scrum mastery, and active Secret clearance. Experience with Appian, DevSecOps, and cloud-hosted environments is a plus. Salary range is posted and respectful of clearance requirements.

Qualifications

4+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead.
Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies.
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent.
Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies to enable predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities and enhancements.
Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness.
Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes.
Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making.
