Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive predictable delivery of ACWS capabilities. The role collaborates with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Required 4+ years in Scrum/Agile roles, SAFe/ Scrum mastery, and active Secret clearance. Experience with Appian, DevSecOps, and cloud-hosted environments is a plus. Salary range is posted and respectful of clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead.
• Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or equivalent.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination to maintain delivery momentum.
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders with backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and execution readiness.
• Promote Agile best practices, team effectiveness, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint metrics, release status reports, dependency tracking, and program-level delivery metrics to support stakeholder visibility and decision-making.

Scrum Master Summary:

Facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages dependencies, tracks sprint commitments and delivery metrics, and supports consistent Scrum practices that help teams deliver ACWS capabilities predictably and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train team member, Agile Facilitator, or Delivery Lead supporting software development teams.
• Experience facilitating planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and dependencies
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile metrics, team velocity, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Government stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of Appian, DevSecOps, cloud-hosted, low-code/no-code, or modernization delivery environments

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

DSA - Salary Pay Range

$125,000 - $135,000 USD
