Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a global enterprise environment in a hybrid contract role.

The ideal candidate will lead Agile/Scrum teams through the project lifecycle, facilitate ceremonies, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and drive SAFe practices while removing impediments and ensuring on-time delivery.

Contract to hire in 2027, location Bridgewater, NJ, working hours 9am–5pm, with a focus on stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent.
• 4 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with business, application development, infrastructure, and production support teams.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Agile/Scrum teams through the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Coordinate across Development, Infrastructure, QA, Production Support, Security, and Business teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Remove obstacles and help teams stay focused on delivery goals.
• Track project progress, milestones, and release timelines.
• Support production releases, deployment readiness, and post-production stabilization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across teams.
