Job summary

Randstad Digital in Plano, Texas is seeking an experienced program manager for contract delivery focused on Agile adoption and infrastructure programs. The role requires strong Scrum Master/PM disciplines and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across technology teams.

The candidate should have experience delivering complex cloud transformation, network modernization, and platform engineering programs, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Qualifications

• Typically 7 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
