Job summary

DMI seeks a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery on a ServiceNow program for a Capitol Hill customer. You will own sprint rhythm, remove impediments, coach teams and the Product Owner, and align delivery with release and change management in a government setting.

Candidates should have 5+ years' experience, CSM/PSM certification, and proven Capitol Hill project experience. This is a remote US role with off-site delivery and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Five or more years of relevant experience.
CSM/PSM certification or equivalent.
Experience running Scrum on ServiceNow or ITSM programs.
Capitol Hill program experience is required.
Background check and eligibility for government facilities.
Experience coaching Product Owners and Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
Coach Scrum team and Product Owner in Scrum principles and practices.
Identify and resolve cross-team impediments and dependencies.
Coordinate Agile delivery with release management, testing, and deployment.
Maintain velocity insights and report sprint outcomes for the customer.
