DMI is seeking a Scrum Master to run the delivery cadence on a ServiceNow service management program for a customer on Capitol Hill. The role entails facilitating ceremonies, coaching the team and Product Owner, and coordinating agile delivery with release management and testing in a government context.

The position requires five+ years of Agile experience, CSM/PSM certification, and prior Capitol Hill involvement. Remote work is available; strong collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualificações

• Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Science degree.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Certifications: CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
• Experience running Scrum on a ServiceNow or ITSM program.
• Capitol Hill program experience and GitLab usage for epics, stories, defects, milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.
• Coach the Scrum team and Product Owner in Agile/Scrum principles and roles.
• Develop backlog items with clear acceptance criteria and prioritization.
• Identify cross-team dependencies, impediments, risks, and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate delivery with release management, testing, deployment, and change activities.
• Maintain release and sprint plans linked to sprint, release, or phase.
