Our client, Navy Federal Credit Union, is seeking an Scrum Master (Enterprise Technology Systems) - 15355 - Remote. Your profile appears to be a strong match for this position.

Description:

1. Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the product team to promote agile values, practices, and drive delivery by monitoring progress, removing impediments, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
2. Require a solid understanding of agile principles and best practices. Skills in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, resource allocation, capacity planning, and other Scrum techniques are essential.
3. Be proficient with Agile metrics to help set benchmarks, measure progress, evaluate performance, and prepare quarterly leadership metrics. Maintain and update Program and Team Dashboards, providing insights based on ongoing metrics.
4. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure focus and productivity. Ensure all PBIs, features, epics, themes, bugs, and risks align with NFCU’s ADO standards with clear details.
5. Lead and contribute to Program Increment Planning, including creating objectives, linking features, identifying risks/dependencies, and documenting planned business value. Schedule and facilitate routine meetings to track objectives and resolve impediments.
6. Represent the team in ART Scrum of Scrums meetings to identify roadblocks, impediments, and accomplishments, and share relevant information. Drive improvements in communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Maintain the ADO Data Integrity Dashboard.
7. Work closely with PO and PPM to manage the sprint backlog, ensuring alignment with Roadmap features and PI objectives. Understand the impact of current work on future planning and identify risks/dependencies.
8. Possess working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and technical product development activities. Cloud-based technology knowledge is preferred. Understanding technical features and user stories is vital for effective sprint delivery.

A Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum process, removes impediments, and ensures adherence to Agile principles for team performance.
