Base pay range

$90.00/hr - $105.00/hr

About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide the development team on a custom Salesforce application supporting complex project workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical execution with mentoring, agile planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with the Solution Architect, Product Owner, and Delivery Manager to design scalable solutions, manage development capacity, and deliver platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical schedules and deliverables
• Partner with the Delivery Manager to prioritize development work and manage team capacity
• Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, and demos
• Mentor developers and admins, providing performance feedback and technical guidance
• Proactively identify blockers and escalate issues when necessary

Technical Execution

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and flows
• Extend and customize managed packages and 3rd-party Salesforce apps
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, efficient, and reusable code
• Partner with the business to gather requirements and test new features
• Maintain documentation of workflows, architecture, and processes

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• 1–3 years in a leadership or technical team management role
• Strong proficiency in:
• Apex, LWC, SOQL, complex flows
• Managed packages and integrations
• Experience leading agile teams and managing sprints
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Platform App Builder

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, or Architect certifications
• Project management training or certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP)
• Familiarity with Inspire Planner, TaskRay, or similar project management tools
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
