Job summary

Tate, an independent brand within Kingspan Group, seeks an experienced Scrum Master in Columbia, MD to drive Agile delivery for product development in a manufacturing/OEM setting. You’ll lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate with Product Owners, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely, on-spec, and on-cost results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile PM, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience applying Scrum in manufacturing, OEM product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile & Scrum practices across product development teams.
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams and ensure Scrum adherence.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day project activities to meet sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads for backlog readiness.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and risks; resolve delivery blockers.
• Identify and remove impediments; manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate with Sales Eng, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and others.
• Ensure delivery of projects meeting performance, cost, and timing objectives.
