Tate is seeking an Engineering Manager in Columbia, MD (Hybrid) to lead a high-performance engineering team focused on data center and mission-critical solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5–8+ years of engineering experience with leadership or supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of server technology, electrical infrastructure, and cooling systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of engineers to achieve performance and delivery objectives.
• Oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide technical leadership across design, testing, and product development activities.
