Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery lead.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and servant leadership.
• Experience working with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Planview experience is a plus.
• CSM/CSP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retros).
• Coach teams on Scrum principles and servant leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, Product Owners, and stakeholders to deliver.
• Identify and remove impediments; manage risks and dependencies.
• Foster self-organization, accountability and effectiveness.
• Prioritize product backlogs with Product Owners.
• Assist with business case development and draft requirements when needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
• Provide progress updates and visibility to leadership.
• Help scale Scrum practices across additional initiatives.

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a growing Digital Innovation organization as it expands its adoption of Scrum and Agile practices across several key software initiatives. This individual will initially support digital projects focused on enhancements, integrations, and new functionality within customer-facing applications, with the opportunity to support additional technology initiatives as priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach development teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with software engineering teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Help teams become increasingly self-organized, accountable, and effective.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Support business case development and assist with drafting business requirements when needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Provide clear project updates and visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Help strengthen Agile practices as the organization continues to expand its Scrum framework across additional technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Scrum Lead, or similar Agile delivery professional supporting software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and servant leadership.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams and cross‑functional business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict‑resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Planview is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar Agile/Scrum certification is preferred but not required.
