Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Irvine, CA seeks an AI Strategy Leader to shape and drive the company’s AI vision in line with business priorities. You will advocate responsible AI, mentor teams, and partner with department AI champions to identify high-value use cases, leveraging Vertex AI, SageMaker, and cloud platforms.

The role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong communication, and the ability to deploy scalable AI solutions in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI architectures meeting business requirements and improving operations
• Implement ML models using TensorFlow, Spark, and R
• Collaborate with data engineers on ETL for model training
• Conduct data mining and analytics to derive insights from complex datasets
• Deploy models to production with scalability and performance
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and ML
• Mentor juniors on AI development and deployment
• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, impact, and risks
• Review AI/ML solution architecture for scalability, data quality, and security
• Identify and mitigate privacy, bias, and compliance risks

• Act as an internal advocate and thought leader for responsible AI innovation.
• Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high-value use case
• Familiarity with responsible AI and ethical principles

• AI Agentic experience, Google cloud, Python and SQL,Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-availability AI solutions in a large-scale production environment.
• Expertise in cloud (AWS, GCP) and Data lake

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
