PulteGroup, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across product teams in Atlanta, GA and related markets. You will coach, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and help teams improve predictability and value delivery.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of Scrum/Agile experience with strong knowledge of ceremonies, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver quantifiable business value.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Aufgaben

Oversee product teams to ensure sprint backlogs are well-managed and sprint goals are met.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments to team performance.
Coach teams on agile principles and best practices to improve predictability and value delivery.
Collaborate with product managers/owners to develop release plans and manage backlogs.
May require travel and support across multiple markets.
