Job summary

3+ years of Scrum/Agile experience with knowledge of ceremonies, roles, and responsibilities.
3+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver value.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain tradeoffs to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee product teams to ensure sprint backlogs are well-managed and sprint goals are delivered.
Ensure teams understand business context, product vision, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops around story mapping, road-mapping, and release planning.
Protect teams from interruptions, manage risks, and remove impediments.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to educate on agile principles and practices.
