Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Scrum Master to join our data team supporting the DHS OCIO. This remote role focuses on stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining backlogs, leading requirements gathering, testing coordination, and contributing to contractual deliverables. Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and hold a Bachelor’s degree.

Everforth ECS is seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our dynamic data team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Our team supports public facing websites across DHS, in support of the mission essential Web Content Management program. The Scrum Master will help lead and support stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and Agile workflow management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
• Owning and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable.
• Leadingrequirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery.
• Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs.
• Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed.
• Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution.

Salary:$115,000 - $125,000
