Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a rapidly growing data analytics and BI platform for federal customers. The role involves coordinating operational tasks, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, risk management, and scrum activities across multiple teams.

You will work closely with senior federal leadership, CORs, and ECS teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
• Experience supporting federal agencies (DHS a plus).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, review, and distribute weekly status reports.
• Maintain Scrum of Scrums templates, links, reminders, and updates.
• Lead scrum activities: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.

• Prepare PMR templates and updates for project channels.
• Facilitate monthly team sync meetings with slides and demos.

Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Manager to work remotely.

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a rapidly growing data analytics and business intelligence platform focused on providing data solutions that empower our federal customers. The Project Manager will coordinate recurring operational tasks, reporting, onboarding and offboarding activities and support risk management, team communications, contract management, scrum activities, and project management processes.

As part of this role, you will work closely with senior federal leadership, CORs, and a combination of ECS teams (program management and application development).

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, strong communicator, self-motivated, action-oriented, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple high-priority responsibilities while collaborating with stakeholders across varied technical and business areas.

Job responsibilities include:

• Prepare, update, review, and distribute weekly status reports.

• Maintain daily and weekly Scrum of Scrums templates, links, reminders, and updates.

• Conduct and support scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and scrum board maintenance.

• Submit monthly resource allocation deliverables by required deadlines.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Support monthly risk reviews, including agenda preparation, risk tracking, and follow-up coordination.

• Prepare program management review (PMR) templates and send updates to designated project manager channels.

• Prepare and support monthly team sync meetings, including slide decks, demo tracking, and facilitation.

• Provide monthly allocation guidance on planned hours.

• Support data reminders, roadmap planning, and contract justification activities.

• Track out-of-office updates and reflect paid time off in planning tools.

• Send reminders and announcements to team members and stakeholder groups.

• Monitor Privacy Agreement updates and coordinate quarterly reviews with Team Leads and PMs.

• Support brown bag sessions, tools inventory reviews, test management oversight, and vendor POC tracking.

• Provide workstream project management support as needed, including 508 testing coordination and weekly updates.

• Support internal initiatives, contract-related tasks, interviews, and job requisition creation.

• Overseeing and mentoring junior project team members as needed.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000
