Job summary

INflow Federal seeks a results-driven Scrum Master to accelerate agile delivery for our Intelligence Community customer in Springfield, VA. You will shield teams from impediments, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement in a high-stakes defense environment.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver mission-ready software, while upholding DoD 8140/8570 requirements and security practices. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance is required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• US Citizenship required for employment due to government contracts.
• Willingness to perform duties as required by INflow and its customer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Unblock development teams and maintain focus on delivering high-velocity software.

Certification Requirements

Most of our contracts require DoD 8140 (formerly 8570) compliance. We built 8140.study - our certification training platform - to help. This helps you study for certifications such as the CompTIA Security+.

Some travel may be required: Must have valid driver's license and transportation. This is subject to change at the direction of the customer.
