Job summary

ALOIS Solutions is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery in a dynamic government-tech environment in Phoenix, AZ. This contract-to-hire role emphasizes enabling high-performing teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring timely value delivery.

You’ll coach cross-functional groups, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and promote self-organization across multiple Scrum teams using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban & SAFe.
• Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives & other Agile ceremonies.
• Strong experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and self-organization.

Are you an experienced Scrum Master who enjoys enabling high-performing teams, removing roadblocks, and driving successful Agile delivery? We have an exciting Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a leading Public Sector / Government Technology environment!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban & SAFe
• Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives & other Agile ceremonies
• Strong experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• Ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
• Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and self-organization
• Ability to work with business, technical teams, and end users
• Government or public-sector technology experience is a plus
• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams / scaled Agile environments is preferred
