Job summary

ComResource is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide agile teams toward higher performance and empowerment. The role emphasizes servant leadership, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments to enable product value delivery.

The candidate should have extensive Scrum experience, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a proven track record mentoring high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional/business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams in Scrum, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
