Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead agile teams within SAFe framework and coordinate with ARTs.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Refine backlog with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
  • Identify and remove impediments; improve cross-team coordination.
  • Maintain metrics and support capacity planning and roadmap alignment.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and releases.
  • Engage architects and security SMEs to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Staff Epics/Features appropriately and ensure timely delivery.

The desired candidate will coach multiple agile teams and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners.
