Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience across all phases of the agile software development cycle.
  • Experience with Scrum or SAFe frameworks (ASF or SAFe).
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
